T...Thanks for providing these pictures, dear Mayra! To me it looks like all is healing well. Yes, it may be slow but I have no doubt that you will fully recover from the surgery. I've read many reviews and watched videos of women who underwent the same procedure. A young body like yours will deal with this.

I too had Chondrolaryngoplasty (Adam's Apple shaving) a couple of years ago. My scar in the neck is a bit deeper and slightly more visible than yours although it doesn't attract any attention with a little bit of make-up. Compared to yours my laryngal prominence was very visible, the Adam's Apple was quite big, too. They couldn't remove everything when I had surgery without endangering the vocal cords. But Dr Simon told me he could do a revision without risk.

And on the last pic you look like...gosh, like a bodybuilder! Haha. ;) With hormone levels in a female range now you definitely would find it much harder to build any muscle. I can tell you from my own experience. Men usually progress even after years but as a woman you would hit your natural boundaries much earlier. So don't be afraid of weight training if you liked it before, hehe. :)

All the best with your ongoing recovery! :)Marionhttp://kwiekatze.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3925696198008915987.post-73489478668704574322012-08-05T20:06:25.000-03:002012-08-05T20:06:25.000-03:00Hahaha body builder? I weighted no more than 74 kilos, that ain't nothing =P

Surgery for surgery, there is one much more important coming right up for you, eh? In which I wish all the best of luck =)

Kisses ;)MayBnoreply@blogger.com
